With the release of the 3G iPhone July 11th, International-Orders offers customers a chance to pre-order the unit before the release. Please read all Frequently Asked Questions and Terms and Conditions before placing your pre-order.

How does the pre-order work ?

The pre-order is simply to allow us to purchase your unit on the release date. It allows us to manage this purchase for you in the shortest delays.

I received an email confirming my order and saying that "Price adjustment may apply on release date. You will be notified if this applies to your order", does this mean I am to pay more once the phone is released?

We currently offer a "speculated price" for the unit for the pre-order.
The price on our site can be the final price based on the very vague pricing information from Apple.
The 3G iPhone lists as: "starting at $199" * on the Apple website.
We have yet to confirm if this is the pricing of the unit under contract only or the final retail pricing with or without contract.
Only will we have a final answer on July 11th.

Will the iPhone be unlocked so I can use it on my network and in my language?

There is no unlock out as the Unit is not available for purchase until the 11th. It is rumored that an unlock will be released shortly after the release and that the procedure is simple.

I hear that the 3G is only available under contract, does this mean I have to sign a 2 year contract with AT&T ?

Version 1 iPhones were first announced to be subject to an in store activation at the time of purchase.
It was reported that millions sold around the world without any contracts to the exclusive Mobile networks.
Conditions of sales for this product will only be truly revealed and applicable on the release date of July 11th.

Is there a limit to how many I can purchase?

There is no limit but because we cannot predict stock availability until the release of the phone, we will have to ensure that all customers on pre-order receive 1 phone. All pre-orders with added units  purchased will go back in Queue and receive the added units once all pre-orders have been filled.

Is the phone under warranty? 

It is but only under the Apple terms of warranty which will be released on July 11th.
As per Apple's version 1 iPhone warranty, the warranty is voided if the phone is not on the AT&T network & unlocked.

What happens if International-Orders.com cannot get the 3G out to customers if the phone is on contract only?

We will make sure to notify you directly regarding your order. So far the previous version was announced to be sold under the same terms, yet, purchasing the iPhone Version 1 has been possible without signing any contracts at the time of purchase. We will make sure to keep you up to date with the process of your order should we come across any difficulties in purchasing the unit on your behalf. Should your order be canceled based on International Orders not being able to purchase the unit in your behalf standard cancellation policy on electronics will not apply, International Orders will notify you and refund you deducting our $35non refundable service fee.

Terms and Conditions for PRE-ORDERS:

Items ordered through International Orders' pre-order offers are subject to change.

This means that International-Orders will not be held responsible for any changes in price, product description, release dates and availability from the manufacturer and store and will notify the customer and apply changes to the order if necessary. Customer accepts to complete his or her order with International Orders and accepts the terms of the sale and changes once the item is officially released. All pre-orders canceled by the customer or by International Orders will be subject to the standard cancelation policy. Should the orders be canceled by International Orders based on International-Orders' inability to obtain the goods on the customer's behalf, International-Orders will refund the order, and deduct the $35 non refundable service fee included at checkout. International-Orders does not confirm shipping dates until stock is available in International-Orders warehouse or any other information regarding the product pre-ordered until final release, price and product info has been fully confirmed by the releasing party. International Orders is not a store but a service.  Customer agrees to the pre-order terms along with International Orders' other terms and policies when placing an order. International- Orders reserves the right to cancel any order and apply the $35 should International Orders feel customer does not follow International Orders terms and policies.
