Returns and Exchanges US and International Return and Exchange Instructions Return/Exchange Instructions When returning the item you purchased, please include the return form, which is located on the reverse side of the invoice received with your shipment. If you no longer have the invoice, print the online return form or Invoice. Fill out the required information and enclose with your package. If you are unable to obtain the return form, please include your name, address and daytime phone number along with the reason for the exchange on a full sheet of paper. If it is an exchange, please include the style number, size and color of the product you would like exchanged. Use the SmartLabel (US only) attached to your original invoice (see instructions below) or send your package via standard Ground Service/USPS insured or Federal Express. Outside the US, please send your package via International Registered Mail or Preferably Fedex / UPS or DHL. REFUND - If you request a refund you will be refunded for the original purchase price, minus shipment cost of the merchandise back to the store we purchased it from on your behalf, any restocking fees charged by the store and our return processing fee*. *Refund Processing Fees are $35 USD back to the store* (This fee applies to each store that requires items to be returned). So this amount will be deducted from your refund. There is also a re-stocking fee of 25% on items that are not in their original packaging or have been opened. (This applies to all electronics and cell phones) - EXCHANGE - If you request an exchange you will pay for all domestic and international shipment fees. The Exchange Fees is $35 USD per store.

Your order may not be eligible for return or exchange. Any delays by the shipping carrier, customs, or any other cause may affect your order's eligibility for a return. Due to the time sensitive nature of returns and exchanges, we recommend that you contact International Orders immediately with your request for a Return Authorization Number. This policy applies to Returns, Exchanges,and Defective Merchandise. Merchandise must be in new condition with all tags attached and must be accompanied by the original International Orders receipt or invoice in the same box/package.
All returns must be sent fully insured via certified / registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track the package and requires a signature upon delivery. Because of the time sensitive nature of the store's return policies, expedited/express shipping may be required and is recommended. International Phone Repair- If your Phone is defective (Not broken from water damage or broken screen), you can return the phone to us by purchasing an iPhone Repair . We repair all iPhones, please email us for a quote or go to the iPhone repair link above. We also repair all HTC phones, including repair of Nexus One phone. PLEASE NOTE: Postage Credit for Domestic Shipments. We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or we made an error filling your order. SALE ITEMS - ALL SALES ARE FINAL - If you have purchased one of these, you can NOT return or exchange them. International Shipments We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or we made an error filling your order. In addition, customs, duties, taxes and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, and cannot be refunded.
Cancellations (Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details) We provide a service and are not a regular store. As such we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order once your order has been placed. There is a 25% restocking fee. If a customer finds that the merchandise is wrong or damaged, the customer must contact our customer service department through our website to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The Customer Service Department will respond to its customers via e-mail and issue you a RMA number and specific instructions for how to return your merchandise. Return fees are $35 + any domestic shipping if needed and an added $10 per store after that. * You will be refunded for the item only minus the $ 35 fee, only if your item is eligible for a refund. Exchange fees to the store are $35 + domestic shipping if needed and International shipping costs back to the customers' international address. 1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All items must be returned in good condition, to ensure credit. 2. Enclose the bottom perforated portion of the original packing slip with the item. Please keep the top portion for your records. If you cannot send your packing slip, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item(s). 3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package. 4. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. * It is recommended that you use Fedex, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. * Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status. * You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order. * Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. * You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
