Prices and Quantity Limits
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased and/or to prohibit sales to dealers. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. There is a minimum purchase amount from certain stores.
We provide our clients with a service and are not a regular store. As such we require a $200 minimum purchase. We sometimes make CASE by CASE exceptions, however, in the event that your order is less than our minimum purchase requirement, an additional fee of $75 or the amount required to reach the $200 minimum purchase is assessed to your order.

There will be a $35 non refundable service fee included on all orders placed on our site. This fee is non refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued to you on processed orders.

The price we quote is in US Dollars. Excluding domestic shipping fees and US sales tax (if any). Additional fees may apply for domestic and international shipping.
The shipping Quote is based on a 3lb Dimensional Weight shipment. If your package arrives and is larger, or heavier, you will be billed accordingly.
Please note, you are responsible for custom duties, and domestic taxes, which are not included, unless you specifically request it at checkout. Duties calculated are only an estimate and you may be responsible for any additional duties charged.
The price we provide is in USD. "US Dollars", the local currency is an estimated quote provided for your reference and convenience. International-Orders.com uses the exchange rates from previous day business closing to calculate prices in local currency. We do not guarantee quotes in local currency.
In case there are situations out of our control such as, but not limited to, product out-of-stock, increases in the price of the good at the selected online retailer, weight and size limitations on international deliveries, local customs and import limitations -- International-Orders.com reserves the right of not shipping the selected item and return the money paid on those particular items to the customer. There may be additional charges involved in your transaction that your local credit card or bank will charge you, although these charges are usually minimal.
You may request to declare your merchandise at either wholesale value, full value or gift value.
Declared values are your insurance value for your package meaning:
Should your package be lost or damaged in transit International-Orders/shipper can only issue a claim with the shipping company for the declared value of the package. this is the amount that will be refunded to us and then to you.
You fully agree to these terms once you have chosen your declared value/insurance option. International Orders will not make any exception and will refund solely the amount requested by customer to have be declared while placing his/her order.
International-Orders.com strives toward on-line credit card security and giving its users the largest array of payment options available. Protecting the user´s credit card integrity is of utmost importance. To minimize the risks associated with card-not-present transactions, International-Orders.com may require its users to:
- Present the copies of the original credit card and photo ID - Fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form-
- Send a copy of your most recent bank statement
- Sign a release form when retrieving the package
Please note that wire transfers are non-refundable. We can only issue a store credit.
Duties and Taxes
You are responsible for all and any applicable duties and taxes in the destination country those are not included in your total from International-Orders.com , unless you chose to have all duties and taxes included on your order at checkout. If a shipment is rejected by you because of customs clearance charges or gets returned to us due to restrictions your country has in place regarding the importation of the goods you purchased with our assistance, you will be held liable for return shipment and/or all other miscellaneous fees incurred by us that are associated with that return. In some cases, we may declare your item at wholesale value. There is a minimum $ 250 order value on purchases to be able to use the Pre-paid Customs option.
Additional Sales tax will be added to orders where sales tax has not been added. Most merchants collect CA sales tax which is 9.75% If California sales tax applies to your order, it will be included in your order upon checkout. Even though your order will be shipped outside of the USA, it is shipped to our California depot first and as such, some stores may charge tax.
(Definition: Shipment of your order from the store you are buying from to our depot) There are certain stores that offer free shipping. Most stores however charge a shipment fee. Since your parcel has to be delivered to our depot first it is likely that there will be a domestic shipment fee. If this applies to your order we will revise your invoice to add the domestic shipment fee and charge you accordingly.
International Shipping and Transit Times
All our shipments are trackable and insured. We will make every effort to ship you order with your preferred carrier. However we cannot guarantee this. Please make sure someone is available to accept your parcel. Shipping companies usually try to deliver a package three times before the parcel either gets abandoned or returned to us. Track your package to find out when you can expect it. With a normal customs clearance these are the estimated transit times for standard and priority shipments. As soon as the status of your order is set to "Shipped" and the "Tracking Number" field shows a tracking number (instead of "N/A") that links to a tracking page of a shipper (Fedex, UPS), it still may take up to 2 days until tracking information is available on the shipper's website. If the status is "Shipped" and the tracking number field shows "N/A", your order was shipped via USPS (Global Priority Mail) which is not trackable. We have the right to change the shipping method and carrier at any time.
Domestic shipping fees and International shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
Some carriers offer money-back guarantee on shipments. However this is not something that we offer.
Shipping costs include our insurance, handling costs, administration costs and processing fees, none of these are refundable.
STANDARD SHIPPING: Please allow at least 4 - 12 business , providing the store has the item(s) in stock and available for immediate shipment, for your order to arrive at our depot. (we are not responsible for delays by the store in the shipment of your item to our depot). The transit time from the store to our depot depends on where in the USA the store you purchased from is located. We ship the merchandise as soon as it arrives at our depot and provide you with a tracking number. Allow 4 - 8 business days for your order to arrive in your country from the day we ship it to you.
PRIORITY SHIPPING: If you requested expedited domestic shipping your purchase should arrive at our depot between 2 - 4 business days providing the store has the item(s) in stock and available for immediate shipment. At the time I placed your order the item(s) showed as in stock on the website. As soon as your order arrives it gets shipped on to you right away! From the day we ship it on to you it may take 2 - 4 business days to reach you As soon as you order arrives at our depot it will be shipped onto you immediately and you will receive a shipment notification via email.
All transactions are in American Dollars. Your credit card, Paypal or bank statement however will show our charge in your local currency. The dollar amount in your invoice will be converted to your local currency on the day that you make your payment. Our currency conversion tool at the checkout page is meant to give you an estimate, NOT a guaranteed rate. You can request that day’s exchange rate with the appropriate financial institution.
Backorders / Out of Stock / Pre Orders
If an item is not in stock or back-ordered, we will notify you of the delay. Cancellation is subject to a cancellation fee (please see below). We are not responsible for delays in your order due to backorder situations. Shipments will be made when all items in your order have arrived at our depot. We do not make partial shipments unless requested and you approve additional shipment fees..
Processed orders will be charged the service fee of $35. This is already included in your order as part of our shipping and handling fee. Should your order be canceled due to a back order or out of stock notice, the $35 service will be deducted from your order refund.
Items ordered through International Orders' pre-order offers are subject to change.
This means that International-Orders will not be held responsible for any changes in price, product description, release dates and availability from the manufacturer and store and will notify the customer and apply changes to the order if necessary. Customer accepts to complete his or her order with International Orders and accepts the terms of the sale and changes once the item is officially released. All pre-orders canceled by the customer or by International Orders will be subject to the standard cancellation policy. Should the order be canceled based on International-Orders' inability to obtain the goods on the customer's behalf, International-Orders will refund the order, and deduct the $35 non refundable service fee included at checkout.
Multiple Store Items
When ordering from more than 2 stores, an additional handling fee of $ 25.00 per
store will be applied to each additional store.
Cancellations / Changes to your order
We provide a service and are not a regular store. As such we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order once your order has been placed and we have charged your credit card. There is a 25% cancellation / restocking fee for most items plus any shipping fees + $35 non refundable service fee.
We sometimes make CASE by CASE exceptions, in the event that you need to make a revision, there is a $ 25 revision fee per item plus all and any applicable domestic, oversized and additional international shipping fees. Please note: Wire transfer transactions are non refundable and funds can only be applied as a store credit, a coupon will be provided for your next purchase only valid for 30 days.
Store Credit / Coupons
Store credit and coupons can not be used towards international shipping. Product value + domestic shipping must be greater than the coupon value.
Restricted Products and Merchants
International-Orders.com reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of a product transaction in respect to any product or quantity of products, or the purchase of products from any online retailer, based solely on its own discretion and in accordance to any and all US and international laws. This right shall exist at all times, even after an order confirmation has been placed. The product restriction list posted on the International-Orders.com web site is subject to change without prior notice under the sole discretion of International-Orders.com.
Disclaimer From Unforeseeable Circumstances
International-Orders.com is not responsible or liable, nor shall it be deemed in default of the Terms and Conditions, for any delay or failure in performance or non-performance of any aspect of this agreement resulting directly or indirectly from any accidents, fires, electrical or electronic failures, equipment failures, shipping delays from either online retailers, international couriers, or others, acts of God, labor disputes, governmental orders or regulations, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of International-Orders.com.
Refused Shipments / Delivery Failure
You will be held liable for return shipping (if applicable), duties and taxes (if incurred), and for all other associated fees when any of the following circumstances occur. Your package will be abandoned and you will be billed for any additional fees. Absolutely no refunds will be issued.
- You refuse delivery of your parcel for any reason.
- The carrier makes 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver your parcel to your address because you are not at home and/or do not pay duties and taxes.
- You provided an invalid address.
- Your parcel is returned by customs because your merchandise is restricted from import into your country.
- You refuse to pay duties and taxes.
In the event of any investigation of unlawful activities by local, state, national and/or international authorities, International Orders reserves the right to disclose personal information as required. Any party or individual conducting unlawful activities on International Orders will be reported to the proper authorities, including disclosure of personal information relating to any investigation of said activities. (We monitor email, IP, location and credit card activity and report to the fraud.org and International-Blacklists )
We take Internet and Wire Fraud very seriously and will prosecute to the full extent of the law.
International-Orders.com may modify any aspect of this agreement at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any modification to the Terms and Conditions shall be effective immediately once they upon posting of these changes on the web site. International-Orders.com advises you to check the web site regularly if you are interested in reviewing any changes. Your use of the web site and the International-Orders.com service after modifications have been posted constitutes your acknowledgment of such modifications and your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of these changes.
Return and Exchanges
If a customer finds that the merchandise is wrong or damaged, the customer must contact our customer service department through our website to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The Customer Service Department will respond to its customers via e-mail and issue you a RMA number and specific instructions for how to return your merchandise.
Return fees are $35 + any domestic shipping if needed.
* You will be refunded for the item only minus the $ 35 fee, only if your item is eligible for a refund.
Exchange fees to the store are $35 + domestic shipping if needed and International shipping costs back to the customers' international address.
1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All items must be returned in good condition, to ensure credit.
2. Enclose the bottom perforated portion of the original packing slip with the item. Please keep the top portion for your records. If you cannot send your packing slip, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item(s).
3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
4. Send the return package to the following address (unless your packing slip directs otherwise):

* All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
* It is recommended that you use Fedex, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

* You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
* Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
* You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
